Terms of Service

Last updated 18 September 2026

The service

RenewalBox is a renewal/expiry reminder tool provided by LC Web Design. It is not accounting software, a CRM, a document management system or a substitute for professional advice on your legal or regulatory renewal obligations. You remain responsible for renewing the things you track — RenewalBox reminds you, it does not act on your behalf.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement to use RenewalBox.

Plans and billing

The Free plan covers up to 5 active renewals. RenewalBox Plus is billed monthly or annually via Stripe and can be cancelled anytime from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Downgrading never deletes your data — renewal creation is simply paused above the free limit until you archive items or resubscribe.

Acceptable use

Don't use RenewalBox to store unlawful content, attempt to access other users' data, or abuse the service (e.g. automated scraping, excessive load). We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

RenewalBox is provided "as is". While we take reminders seriously, we can't guarantee that every reminder will be delivered (email deliverability, notification settings and third-party failures are outside our control) and we are not liable for missed renewals, late fees, lapsed cover or any other consequence of a missed or un-actioned reminder.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
