To run RenewalBox we store your email address, name (optional), the renewals you add (title, category, provider, cost, due date, notes, reference, URL) and account/billing status. We do not collect more than this. We never ask for your passwords to other services, card details (handled entirely by Stripe) or security question answers.
We use one strictly-necessary cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
To show you your renewals, send reminders you've asked for, process payments via Stripe, and operate the service. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties beyond the subprocessors below.
You can export all your data as CSV at any time from Settings → Data, and delete your account (and all associated data) immediately from the same page. Deleting your account is permanent.
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account removes your renewals, reminders, history and account details immediately.
